- Opportunities include job transfer anywhere in the world. I worked with many people who were travelling whilst having a secure job with IKEA. They'd come from IKEA in Finland, Germany and more. - Free meals every day. Free coffee and drinks machines in the staff rooms. Cons
- Sometimes expected to do too much. Understaffed meaning queues of annoyed customers.
