Pros

Opportunity to grow Free uniform 15% discount Move department when available position Benefits/ PTO Competitive pay Staff cafe privacy HR on site Lockers Online support/ training/information Paid training Posted 3 week schedules

Cons

No shift exchange per managers (new rule?) Kronos does schedule, hassle to update shift (prefer coworkers to get occurrences) Schedule posted usually 1-2 weeks out Hours vary Favoritism Some lazy co-workers/ don't care attitude Managers make fun of coworkers Occurrence system sucks Writting off warnings in an ambush way ( no time to review what you are signing & rarely give you a copy when you ask) New store concept, new hires do the job of 4 Breaks are hectic Move around only when new position posted You can tell when they don't want you to move position HR gives different answers/ their interpretation Random shift times/ different every week Cocky managers/ power-trip attitude when Hr is not around

They don't care about employees

Pros

Good benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees working 24+ hours

Cons

New company restructuring has thrown everyone into different roles and teams without any training, and morale is an all-time low. Product inventory is constantly an issue, so it's difficult to do your job. Scheduling is a joke––you can work 5-6 days in a row and the shifts will be less than 8 hours each. New hires are getting paid more than veteran coworkers (and guess who's training them).
