Pros

-Pretty good for part-time work, worked there throughout college -Customers were usually really good -Low turnover of staff -Free food on shift -15% Discount was pretty nice -Rotas were flexible around you for the most part -Very good training -Good team building

Cons

-Management were quite clique-y so made it difficult to speak to them sometimes -Didn't do any checks on certain staff members which allowed them to harass young women as they lied about their name, age and life which made pinning down who was causing issues quite difficult. -Certain older staff putting new and younger staff through an odd style of initiation, which caused rifts early on -Certain management thinking that taking a smoke break every 15 minutes was acceptable during rush periods -Management refusing to help out during those busy periods
