It really depends on the office, project, and team. This one relates to IGT Poland in Warsaw: - remote work - great people - nice benefits - you can change a team/department if you ASK for it

It really depends on the office, project, and team. This one relates to IGT Poland in Warsaw: - your either overloaded with work or there's nothing going on - the company prefers to hire contractors instead of letting the employees try new technologies so if you're an employee you're often stuck with the maintenance of old systems

Requires self-motivation, work is relatively easy so it is all too common to get really complacent. Lacks any real formal training, you will be dealing with software from several different iterations of their own systems. It will be up to you to master them with very little formal instruction.
