Big company issues in terms of speed of response

IGT, as an organization, is growing. Making huge strides internationally. With that growth comes opportunity, which affects some positively and others negatively. That being said, growth proved that there were many redundancies within the organization and, like many companies, IGT was forced to make change a few years back. Unfortunately that impacted many employees and their careers. Any time people are affected negatively, this can leave a bruise on an organizations reputation, leaving others to wonder if the organization is right for them to consider as a prospective next step in their career. Fortunately, with that change, brought new "captain's at the helm" which have worked tirelessly to polish IGT and keep it #1 in the industry :)
