      Pros

      Great people and good work life balance. Overall good culture and enjoyable place to work. I would recommend as a place to work

      Cons

      Unfortunately too much dead weight dragging this place down. Classic case of the 80/20 rule, 20% of the people do the work for the rest of the 80% and this is okay as long as the work gets down.

      Pros

      401k is decent, good holiday pay. Nice employees and most management is nice and fair.

      Cons

      Pay is low to start and I had to really fight to get fair raises. Lack of upward mobility unless you are willing to relocate. Had to work a lot of overtime on short notice because we were always short-staffed. Outsourcing tech support to india when gtech's own software breaks really sucks. I spent so much time on the phone talking to Satesh, Satish, Govindarajan, etc. and it is not an easy task.
