      Pros

      Work hard, play hard culture. Work is exciting, fun, and enjoyable. Employees are all very friendly and down to earth.

      Cons

      Salary is just average. It's challenging to move into different positions. New culture now that it's owned by the parent company.

      There is a good variety of challenging work. Spielo has quite a few different products running on different platforms. Salaries are good for the region.

      Cons

      There is a bit of the big company mentality that is unavoidable with a company this size. Sometimes it feels like there is too much time spent in meetings and not enough time getting things done.
