Good people to work with, talented individuals, salary not bad.

Cons

Good old white boy mentality through out the company. Minorities have to prove themselves and majority of the time will not be sufficient. We had a very talented software tester he left and got tired of the way he was treat it.

Absolutely Terrible Morale across the company as a whole, Middle management very unqualified (company would seem to hire people who have lied on their resume or have literally no training in how to motivate employees or any business intelligence.), Almost no promotion from within,

Co-Workers Interesting Field to work in Great Hours

Cons

Porfit Sharing gone Cash Sharing Cut to once a year (probably soon to none) Increase in Healtcare (offsite) DTO cut back Employee Reconition Program cutback (now a charitable donatation that IGT claims tax break on) Hard working people in Field Services often over looked by Sales and Upper management when they are in fact the backbone of this company. Field Offices not treated with same respect as Reno/LV, we are all IGT!!!
