Pros
Warsaw office great people, been there for a long time so made many friends and it's through friends that many things get done which often are made more difficult by management (again this depends on the office). There are opportunities to try different things if you are willing.
Cons
Lack of foresight for the future, technology wise. Projects are always cost driven (due to old technology they tend to be less cost effective). Project managers often have no idea about the technology used and basically what is under the hood hence can't properly estimate the effort required. Engineer's estimates sometimes (more likely frequently) get reduced to make the price more attractive. However, it's the engineers who end up working long days and weekends to make up for the underestimated time. With a long freeze on salaries the offer is not as attractive as it once was and definitely no longer on par with other similar companies.
