Stable revenue and income; Co-workers mostly are nice; GTECH has good career options;

Cons

A lot of overtime hours however unpaid; Recognition and promotions are few with high demands yet for a few promotion are fast and too easy; Too many departments delays decision making as well as add additional operating cost; Certifications add additional operating cost with little return on investment; HR's salary compensation is not as desire, unfair guidelines; Micro management of the budget (expense reporting, travel, training) is unproductive and requires overhead hours.

I have a great boss that is very flexible, is a good mentor and allows us a lot of latitude.

Cons

The company is always in a state of change which breeds fear of losing your job, the 401k is disappointing and is not an attractive match when compared to companies of this size.
