For those looking for jobs read these reviews and then consider looking for a job elsewhere. If you do choose to apply then be prepared to make a high salary demand as that will more than likely be your working wage for your time with the company 2% annual is about the best you can get, if that. An earlier review explains the merit pool fairly well. That is of course if there isn't a nearly permanent hiring freeze going on. The job postings may or may not be able to be filled, even if an interview happens. If you one of the chosen ones, I'm sorry. Hopefully you made it into one of the few departments that might have a budget left. Realize that your coworkers might be slightly to busy to train you formally as they now have to do the work of the people who were laid off or just left. As for formal training, certification and such, don't count on it, unless it is a management buzz word in name.
