Pros
Ok pay and benefits for the level of work. You most likely will not receive recognition or compensation for hard work and adding value in your role, but could gain experience which can get your foot in the door elsewhere.
Cons
Toxic corporate culture which expects miracles and devotion, but will give nothing in return. Good employees are consistently undervalued and not rewarded. Dead weight is given tacit job security in exchange for filling space. Raises, if they come at all, are pitifully small and promotions are either non-existent or so far behind that you're two levels up before they even officially acknowledge one. Wasteful and inefficient policies are common. General short term thinking from management leads to overwork and disengagement of employees as well as poor performance in the industry. Reputation within the industry is suffering. Long term prospects look pretty bleak company wide.
