Awesome People, But Poor Benefits

I loved my manager and my fellow coworkers. The upper management (non-executives) was awesome to work with. The projects were fairly fun as well. At IGT, you will be able to live a pretty relaxed engineering life, you get standard benefits and vacation time, good amount of bonus time off and you will for the most part enjoy your time there. Its a position that is made to work at for 20-40 years and then retire, nothing changes too much not even the work that you do.

Cons

* There isn't much innovation. * The benefits are very average. * Fairly boring and a bit tedious. * Below average salary.

Extremely toxic leadership within the Leeward site. It is a culture where toxic personalities and behavior is encouraged. Staff is extremely overworked and expected to sacrifice their free time on a whim.
