Pros

Friendly colleagues who do their best to help IGT succeed Some genuinely talented people still remain (though I doubt they will stay for long) Great offices and location

Cons

Layers of management significantly out of touch with what is required to turn things round Competing teams do not collaborate and in some cases undermine the efforts of others. Failure to innovate, even when that innovation is handed to them on a plate by their employees.

Overall, it was a good Salary and affordable Benefits when compared to other companies

Cons

Challenging situations were created when sending out unprepareded staff to projects. Poor performers are not held accountable.
