Relatively easy. Quick to learn most processes.

Cons

Pay is low for a company of this level. Expected to be in the office regardless of world circumstances. Through-out Covid-19 we were in the office, we had our pay cut for the first 4~ months of the virus explosion despite being the only ones required to come to the office. Few promotions at our site over the course of nearly 2 1/2 years at the location. For a position of this kind, we've had 4+ people leave in my time here.

It's easy and flexible. If you're a student definitely take advantage of this position .

Cons

No movement or growth in the company. Horrible raises sometimes none. Poor HR support. No benefits to help employee with career movement.
