Pros
Schedule is 3 days x11 hours (with 1 hour lunch, and then you work a 7 hour shift with a lunch on Tuesdays). Nightshift and dayshift available (8 to 8). A few times a year you get fed pizza and donuts
Cons
Management/sups has us-vs-them mentality, where certain work is beneath them. Terrible communication all around, between departments and upper and lower management. Cover_your_4$$ is a motto here I would say. Don't expect great training either, take lots of notes.
