Pros

The hour flexibility is good. The atmosphere of the store is good and gives you that hometown feel.

Cons

The pay is very low (minimum wage) and the store is relatively old.

Pros

Friendly-environment, pleasure to meet some customers on a daily basis.

Cons

Over-worked and under-paid. Working full-time hours for barely enough to get by. Not much room to progress from inside.

Pros

Store managment is usually easy to get along with, daily tasks are easy to get done, employees are easy to get along with, and hours aren't too bad for a retail managment position.

Cons

Pay is very low compared to similar management jobs, pay increases are very small to non-existent, area supervisor is difficult to get along with and does not believe in giving positive feedback. It's a very "take it or leave it" company, which gets old sometimes.
