Pros

Don't have to do much if you are a checkout operator and you get good pay for the easy work. Small floor space so you get familiar with what you are selling. Get to do other jobs such as baking, ticketing, barista.

Cons

They do not provide enough hours and are quite disorganised. Long opening hours too from 7am to 9pm. Short breaks, only 5% discount off items.
