Pros

Friendly staff, family environment and benefits of leave and annual pay. The company that owned my IGA, red retail were great in compensating and providing any support or help i needed at any time. They were supportive of my requirements for internships and hired me back after i came fro my internship.

Cons

Very tedious and physically tiring. Developed difficulties in my back because of all this. However if you request for position swap and get the grasp of maybe the cashier or fruit section and alleviate any ailments.

Pros

The culture there was pretty good. The employees who had been there for a while were nice to me and good conversation. The pay was a little above minimum wage but you did get a discount on quite a few foods.

Cons

It does not feel the most rewarding out of the jobs I have had. Some of the managers did not remind you about your breaks very often.

Pros

Great managers, friendly people, a good and clean environment to work in, decent hours for some people, decent benefits for full-time work.

Cons

Extremely low pay, less hours than needed, not much of a chance of moving up in position through promotion.
