Pros

The IGA offered a part time job. It allowed evening hours after school. The shift would go by fast due to being busy. It taught me to be diligent in my work.,

Cons

The pay was not good, but for a first job it allowed me to understand how to get things done without being told. It was minimal direction from manager.
