I can not think of one pro to working here at all. It was the worst experience and job I have ever had.

Cons

Forced to stay over if employee called off (which happened a lot) Awful pay, minors get under minimum wage Owners were rude and disrespectful. Employees were not respected

Company does not give raised. Been there two years and not even a little bump in pay. This may not be a company wide policy.
