IGA has a fantastic community feel within the supermarket with employees and the many regular customers who come in and are very happy with the service. Having regular customers come in on a regular basis means you are able to have a close customer relationship and know how to keep them happy.

Cons

There are not many cons apart from the fact that there is a minimal chance of being able to move up on the company as they are independently owned.
