Pros

Everyone is friendly and they are always willing to help fellow coworkers solve problems. Management is also very patient with teaching things as well and if you have any problems they address it almost right away.

Cons

I've got no cons to consider working for them. They are a great company to work for and even though I got let go from a mistake on my part, we left on good terms.
