Pros

Very chill, and calm working environment. When I was allowed on the floor I could be in my own zone pulling forward stock or restocking shelves.

Cons

Can be quite slow when you are stuck on the checkout and are not allowed to go on the floor. Also my IGA was a small store so often there weren't many other workers there so felt quite isolating at times during long shifts.
