Business Outlook
Pros
Generally gives you the hours you want (in this department at least because i know cashiers and baggers have a lot of issues with the scheduling), people are friendly and your pay goes up every 6 months, break time is very reasonable and so are the shifts if you don't do the closing hours all the time
Cons
Issues with management, continuous shortage of staff therefore there's always big waves on new employees which unfortunately affects the performance of the department also i feel that there's a lot of drama within employees.
