Management all don't properly deal with internal issues and talk amongst each other about those issues on the floor. Can and have authorized man hunts when individuals are faced with issues that were brought up quietly. Also, will not properly track when you change your acting role to reflect on your pay. Hardly any inner promotions and have a tendency to move people into departments to have them replace existing associates or assistant managers, undermining their position without firing. Low pay by comparison Some dept managers cut time since they can't fire you
