Pros

- You make good friends with fellow coworkers in your position - Flexible hours

Cons

- Managers with high egos, often rude to staff even though they're trying; - Clique-based relationships which makes this store feel like a high school; - High turnover rate because of of horrible management; - Clear case of nepotism, - A lot of judgement from upper management and silent treatment if a mistake is done; - If you're in charge in some sort of way, managers will call or text you on your days off to discuss trivial matters and will be angry at you if you don't respond even if--as stated--it's a trivial reason (ex. a party). - Managers don't care about your feelings; they'll try to convince you otherwise but they really don't. They're fake-nice. - You always feel like you're walking on eggshells around management. Ironically enough, the owner is a respectable man. - No feeling of satisfaction, you work and then don't feel fulfilled. - BIGGEST PROBLEM: Condescending management, they make you feel small and stupid.
