Pros

The store is beautiful and we constantly strive to make it look as appealing as possible. We get a MASSIVE staff discount of 5% off.

Cons

Manager does not care about staff and there is a high staff turnover. We work extremely hard and strive to go above and beyond to meet the high expectations but constantly have our hours cut back because of the ‘budget’. So we cannot pay our bills and are extremely overworked but continue to have our hours cut while the store owners make millions off of our hard work. We have also been denied the pay rise that was supposed to come as of the 1st of July and now have to wait until December to receive a pay rise and they avoided this requirement of Fair Work Australia by ‘giving us warning’. We also do not get paid any overtime for working past our rostered shifts, Saturday rates are non-existent as we get paid a weekday rate and if we do work past our rostered shifts we do not usually get paid a single cent despite being encouraged to stay back and finish more jobs.
