Had super friendly and motivated employees, miss my co-workers alot

Cons

Underpaid and overworked with staffing shortages. Initially hired as a casual cashier level 1, took on supervisor duties without extra pay. Transitioned to full-time due to motivation. Despite cashier role, I trained supervisors and managed cash, inspections, and customer service. I requested a raise, but wasn't compensated as there were job cuts happening and they only want to pay staff the minimum. Physically taxing job led to injury, necessitating resignation, recovery took months after quitting.
