      Some smart people around, but quickly leaving the company as well.

      No strategy, changing priorities, lots of politics and favoritism. Bad values and culture. Continuous pushing and overwork.

      Pros

      Good place to start if you are new to f&f industry as each role is doing so many things, hence you definitely get to learn a lot. Benefits are not bad as well.

      Cons

      Feels like a hot mess after several M&As. Seems like a MNC but operates like an SME. Because of the lean org structure the workload can be quite heavy. There is lack of training support which makes it difficult for the staff to do their job well.
