1) People are very good 2) Organisation gives you authority with the ambit of its control 3) Culture of entrepreneurship 4) Great place for learning
Cons
1) Senior management is not transparent 2) Culture of looking for scapegoat 3) Too much driven by Wall street 4) Lack of clarity in strategy 5) Senior management does not practice what they preach 6) Too many changes in structure in too little time 7) Senior Managers are biased towards their own people within the team 8) Too many people are working in isolation due to compartmentalized approach
