good start for college graduate.

Dont expect to grow at IFF, you will meet some great people but management is not good at all, working in the lab is extremely laborious and you become a slave to the company

a guy 10yrs plus experience got fired for speaking his mind recently. that is the reality here so many already lost their jobs because of same reason.
