      Enterpreneurial, self starter based company. A lot of freedom to take initiative. Flat structure, informal communication style. Very motivated people, highly driven

      Exposure to all top FMCG clients, opportunity to work on key new launch projects across the country, build relationship with all key contacts across different FMCG companies. IFF just doesn't provide fragrance solutions, but IFF also partner with clients to build new product concepts for their brands by analyzing the need gap in their product portfolio, by tracking the market trends in India and as well as global market

      Primitive style of work, very perception driven, career growth not properly defined, leadership is weak, inappropriate synergy across various functions, flat organisation structure, limited opportunity to explore new ventures and chalenges
