      Pros

      Co workers are great Opportunities to learn other skills are there, you just have to push for them

      Cons

      lack of trust in employees schedules, using badge to link to your timecard is not okay. merit increase can be somewhat lacking without reasonable feedback as to why or how to boost in the future. And if you can do the things suggest (and more) no guarantee for good review/merit increase or promotions.

      nothing much to mention here..sorry :))

      Cons

      Organisation with zero vision, Too chaotic and no proper strategy at top or hyd centre. They ask good people to go in the name of downsizing and then hire for the same position few weeks later like in Tax area . Really pathetic style of working. Incompetent and poor thinking . they just demolished the goodness and good spirit we all had, step by step.

      Pros

      I have few very good colleagues there, and it is fun working with them. The office is nice and new.

      Cons

      The upper management is terrible, all cheap guys. They rather cancel the christmas party to save some pocket-money. But making bad decision all the time which casue more money loss obviously. They cannot value the good workers, so the talented ones leave after a few years. This impact the work. The management's newest desicion is paternal leave, fresh fathers can have 4 months paid leave, but the team doesn't get a replacement during that time, which makes the work impossible for the team.
