      Pros

      Opportunities at different levels and countries. Passion.

      Cons

      Poor decision quality. Takes too long for a decision. Silos make different approaches for similar decisions to often disappoint employees. Senior management not brilliant... walk the talk. Loath to implement processes and controls. Lack of processes and systems.

      Pros

      Most of the people are intelligent and hardworking individuals. Slow work at times and down time. Summer hours decent benefits.

      Cons

      only select few move up, managers who feel the heat find people to use as scapegoats. Employee moral has decreased. Everyone sees the writing on the wall. Incompetent people have become managers and are creating an even worse situation.

      The Board of Directors are a fantastic group of individuals to support. Executive Officers respect intelligent and proactive professionals.

      Cons

      The Legal Department does not respect intelligent and proactive professionals who are NOT attorneys.
