      Excellent company needs to improve management style for some areas

      Pros

      Must of employees have an excellent attitude and are very kind, is good to have all levels in same site: executives, coordinators, managers, operations, individual contributors. Excellent company to develop and improve abilities, very supportive with training needs.

      Cons

      Management style need to improve as well as work life balance initiatives. Needs more clarity in some process and compliance with code of conduct. Takes too much time to approve some changes for some cases.

      Pros

      The flavor capabilities were amazing. The technology and resources for new product development were outstanding. Loved the sensory capabilities, and crossfunctional teams that I worked with. Got to do a little bit of business travel, but not too much.

      Cons

      The small group/office politics really got old. Especially if you didn't want to play the game, and just stick to business.
