      People want to work together and help succeed in the business plan. Challenging but supportive environment within your teams and regions.

      Cons

      Management styles keep changing as they figure out what works for the organization, new processes are introduced often. Regions operate differently.

      Familial environment, people are generally nice

      Cons

      Organization doesn't allocate enough resources on developing employees, very traditional hierarchical company, employees placed in stretch roles are not always provided the support and resources to help them succeed and if they don't provide results are quickly fired
