Very new company and management does not seem competent enough to make people work comfortably.

Pros

Office is pretty nice and new. Compensation is alright.

Cons

Management binds the foreign employees by making them sign the contract fixed for two years and in case of termination, contract obliges employees to pay 3 months of their gross salaries back to the company which is incredible and making most of the employees unhappy about their status.
