-Constant cost cutting measures including benefits, cafeteria, equipment. -People get their friends hired or people they know over potentially more qualified people. -Hires untrained managers from outside of company -Endless rotation of temporary workers who they put off hiring as long as possible -Do not reward hard working employees -Out of touch upper management. -Small raises -Many other better paying facilities with union benefits in northern NJ -Will lose someone and then load responsibility on as few people as possible to avoid or delay hiring someone new. -Not enough people/material/systems in place to meet increasing demands

1. Make up rules for certain people and only certain people have to follow and obey. 2. Management targets certain people to get rid of. 3. Certain rules apply when managers say. benefiting them. 4. Uncomfortable environment, rude and indirect comments are made about employees life's and other unimportant information by management. 5. Can't even use the bathroom because of how strict managers are on certain employees times.
