      Currently can't think of anything. If you get the right supervisor they can make adjustments to your schedule but that is rare.

      Cons

      Micromanagement runs rampant. Procurement etc. 20 years out of date. Very little work life balance for the average worker. Benefits are poor.

      My team is fantastic and it’s a fun environment. I look forward to going everyday

      Pay is not great, especially when you’re short staffed. I feel like they don’t value the work you put in when working overtime.
