      Pros

      The benefits are decent, co-workers are great. Close to home for me.

      Cons

      They have lowered their pay scale over the years by not giving decent or even any raise for years. They used to be the industry leaders now they are mediocre. Every time they take a benefit away they use the excuse, "industry standards". Most management hasn't co e up through the ranks so don't know the Fragrance business as well as most long term employees. They have closed ears to suggestions and experience.

      The Board of Directors are a fantastic group of individuals to support. Executive Officers respect intelligent and proactive professionals.

      Cons

      The Legal Department does not respect intelligent and proactive professionals who are NOT attorneys.

      Pros

      The people that you interact with are mostly warm and friendly, almost too friendly, salary is good and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Management is irresponsible and lacking in leadership, more like a mafia enterprise than an enterprise. Promotions are made based on who sucks up rather than who is good enough. Totally controlled by Wall Street, no employee growth.
