      Pros

      Very interesting business! Great history behind the company. Most people work there over five years and passionate about the company.

      Cons

      Work-Life balance in most cases is not there. Career ladders not existent unless you are on very senior level and reporting actual Leader. Benefits are on decline. Many jobs with global responsibility have no tools to successfully do it.

      Pros

      Most of the people are intelligent and hardworking individuals. Slow work at times and down time. Summer hours decent benefits.

      Cons

      only select few move up, managers who feel the heat find people to use as scapegoats. Employee moral has decreased. Everyone sees the writing on the wall. Incompetent people have become managers and are creating an even worse situation.

      Pros

      Great benefits, consistent raises, excellent flavor company to learn and excell. Excellent technology. A lot of very intelligent people to work with.

      Cons

      A lot of politics. People work in silos. Gender bias. No On-Boarding, sink or swim. A lot of cattiness and protecting one's own butts. Lack of transparency. Abrasive marketing team that is understaffed. Trust issues with operations. Favoritism runs rampant at all levels. Appearance teamwork is only for showmanship, high degree of distrust and whispering.
