      Great Compensation, Global Presence, Lots to learn from and engage with

      Too many initiatives, need structure approach. Restructuring and to many turn overs in management have the teams re-doing their work over and over.

      Good pay. Benefits are OK - health insurance is NOT good at all. 3 weeks vacation days.

      Cons

      1) You’ll be expected to handle the workload of three employees. 2) The procurement organization has seen significant turnover (for past 7-8 years) due to ongoing cost-cutting measures. 3) The current leadership operates more like management than true leadership.
