Very People oriented Culture which promotes loyalty and commitment within employees and sense of belonging for inside employees. Close monitoring of operations and readiness to improve

Cons

Lot of tenured employees lacking career growth. This leads to lot of challenges to new employees as they do not find a space to grow. People tend stick on to same position and hence they get stuck in careers which does not come as a realization to employees
