      Great cultured company, Aditya Birla culture focus is great, employee sticking period is much more than competition Airtel and Vodafone. Fast paced company, and really growing now. Once you reach a level of ZBM, then your real relaxed life starts

      Cons

      People being hired from Reliance and Tata, due to which the culture is decreasing day by day. More and more incidences of people being misbehaved with and suppressed coming out at lower level
