Work exposure is excellent and good place to learn work.

Cons

There are no such major downsides to work here but as its client based work and with less associates trying to get the work done so everyone feels little pressurized but it purely depends on manager. There are also some teams who enjoy and work as they share and work.

light attitude of the management, goal oriented, allows lower level employees to take decisions, take care of the employees well even if you are on temporary basis
