Technical job unlike other telcom cos where technical roles outsourced to NSN etc...but work stations is not very good

Technical roles for Networks side, hands-on experience, knowledge build up, friendly colleagues, innovation is encouraged

Cons

as its usual in all companies...as u grow up in organization,promotions will involve politics. Not much recognition for Networks team by the management in terms of gifts/prizes, workstation and conditions are not good..like no air condition some times and management is reluctant to get it right for 2 years till date, uncomfortable vehicles to go on drive tests, etc
