Pros

Strong Brand Presence of Aditya Birla Group. It has the basic infrastructure to keep the operation flowing in the long run.

Cons

Basically the Market follower, never comes up with any new Ideas. Most of the Ideas are stale. The brand ambassador Mr Abhishek Bachhan & Idea has similarity, their project/movies create high expectation but it of the day it's a big flop:)
