Good People, Bad management

Good working environment Supportive people who will help you even if you make mistakes Working directly on live system

Cons

No overtime Can ask you to come for 2 shifts in same day without telling you in advance Long working hours at times Can be asked to come on weekends No public holidays because thats when you need to be in office and no compensatory holidays for those days
