Company doing well as no 3 player as competition particularly Reliance /BSNL/Tata/ Aircel are performing very poorly . Company carefully manages to be visible in the employer surveys and projects a good image .

Cons

Highly risk averse . Never a pioneer in the market and always the follower . Frustrating to work when nothing moves for months which is very common in Idea .
